People often say I can be blunt and maybe a little brash sometimes. This comes from years of biting my tongue when I or someone should have spoken up to make [fill in the blank] better, more efficient, etc…
Seth’s post resonates with another reason I’m pretty straight-forward nowadays. We spend too much time flowering up responses, rather then getting to the point. So as not to fall under my own example..here’s the post:
